Country availability is not guaranteed. The Sidekick™ 2.0 is in development and is not currently available for sale in any country. Dephy has not determined the countries or territories in which it will offer, sell, export, or ship the Sidekick™ 2.0. Dephy will make that determination in its sole discretion and may consider factors including expressed demand, product certification and approval requirements, applicable regulatory classification, transportation restrictions, distribution and service capability, tariffs and import requirements, and applicable law. Placing a deposit does not create any right, option, priority, or expectation that the Sidekick™ 2.0 will be offered in your country or territory, and does not obligate Dephy to seek any approval or certification in your country or territory.

Timing is not guaranteed. No launch date, availability window, or delivery date has been established for any market. Any date, timeframe, or sequence Dephy communicates is a non-binding estimate and may change or be withdrawn. Dephy may launch markets in any order, may delay or suspend a launch, may withdraw from a market before or after launch, and may discontinue the Sidekick™ 2.0 or this program entirely at any time.

Legal and export restrictions. Dephy will not sell, export, or ship to any country, territory, entity, or individual where doing so is prohibited by United States law or by the laws of the destination, including United States sanctions and export control regulations and restricted party listings. Dephy may decline or cancel any deposit or order, and may refuse to issue or honor a preferred pricing code, on that basis. Where Dephy declines or cancels for this reason, your deposit will be refunded in full. You represent that you are not located in, and are not acting for the benefit of any party located in, a country or territory subject to comprehensive United States sanctions, and that you are not a person or entity identified on any United States restricted party list.

Product classification. The Sidekick™ 2.0 is a general wellness product. It is not offered as a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition. Some countries regulate products of this type differently. Where local regulation would require Dephy to market the product as a regulated device, Dephy may decline to enter that market or may offer a different configuration than the one described in pre-launch materials.

Your deposit. The deposit is a refundable payment toward a future consumer purchase. It is not an investment, security, loan, or interest in Dephy, earns no interest, and conveys no ownership, revenue, or governance rights of any kind. You may request a full refund at any time before your deposit is applied to a purchase by contacting hello@dephy.com. Dephy will refund your deposit in full if Dephy determines it will not offer the Sidekick™ 2.0 in your country, if Dephy discontinues this program, or on your request.

Preferred pricing code. The code entitles the holder to a reduction of the then-current Dephy direct manufacturer's suggested retail price for the Sidekick™ 2.0 in the market where the code is redeemed, at launch in that market. The discount does not apply to shipping, taxes, duties, customs charges, or accessories, and is not available through resellers or distributors. Codes are single-use, non-transferable, and may not be combined with other offers.

Participation limits. Preferred pricing is offered in limited quantity, is claimed on a first-come, first-served basis, and is not reserved or guaranteed to any code holder. One deposit and one code per person. Dephy may set, adjust, or withdraw the number of units available at any preferred price at any time, and may decline or cancel deposits that appear to circumvent these limits.

Statutory rights. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence, including any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation.
